How often I have prayed this one? For a sweet friend just yesterday. Time and time again. Longing for it. Searching for it. Asking for it. Maybe, instead of asking for it over and over, He wants us to wait expectantly on it. Thanking Him in advance for it. Trusting Him to provide what He has promised. And, yes, He is guarding our hearts. Our minds. In Christ Jesus. Grateful on this Saturday for all He gives, but especially peace.
