With all the negative posts, relentless arguments and untruths surrounding our choices for President, I have been wrestling over what I could say or do that might impact this election.
I keep coming back to the same conclusion. There is nothing I, nor anyone else can say or do that would have an impact on this country like prayer.
Any shares or posts I might participate in on social media would only incite frustration, anger or gossip. None of which honors Christ in any way.
Instead, I would like to invite any of you who will, to join my family in praying for our country every day at 7am or 7pm. You choose. Either time. If you would, please just comment below and let us know. There is power in praying together as believers.
Prayer changes things, but most importantly changes each of us.
Our family will be praying specifically about these things:
(1) Forgiveness for ourselves & our nation.
(2) Praise for our many freedoms, especially our religious freedoms.
(3) God’s healing of our great country & world.
(4) Donald Trump & Hillary Clinton by name.
(5) All of our leaders. Here & around the world.
(6) For all unbelievers to come to know Christ.
No more feelings of hopelessness with no choices. No more division. No more judgement.
Just Christians praying together to their Redeemer, Creator and friend. Lord of Lords. King of Kings. Immanuel…God with us.
Let’s join together in believing God is able to do more than we can ask or imagine.
Let’s pray together as friends, family and neighbors.
We can make a difference together through the power of prayer.
{Comment below if you will join us, set an alarm on your phone as a reminder & then share this idea with as many as you can!}

I too believe that prayer will have the most impact on our country and it’s leaders. I will be joining you in daily prayer. Thank you for sharing!
Count us in!!! Thank you for encouraging us all to put our hope in God and to not get caught up in the negativity.
I’m in and also put it out there for others too through Facebook.
November 9th – God will be the sovereign God he was yesterday, is today and will forever be. He is the almighty and is good – all the time!
Yes, He is!! Grateful to have fellow prayer warriors for this journey! Blessings!
